hdbd Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The specific words and terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "hdbd" or "Platform" refers to the hdbd.lat website and all services operated on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any adult person registered on hdbd.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, cashback, or rewards granted by hdbd.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

hdbd is only for persons aged 21 or above. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be cancelled at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on hdbd. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect more than one account under a single person's name, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hdbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may be extended due to complex verification processes or technical reasons.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure that:

• The account has been fully verified.
• All bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method are registered under the same person's name.

3.5 Right to Cancel Transactions

hdbd reserves the right to cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• A deposit of ৳12,000 earns a bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

hdbd will take strict action against any misuse of the bonus system, coordinated betting, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Promotional Changes

hdbd reserves the right to change the terms of bonus offers and promotions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published.

5 VIP Rewards Program

hdbd's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, you can advance to a higher tier:

5.1 Bronze

Up to 0.3% cashback per week. The starting tier for new members.

5.2 Silver

Up to 0.5% cashback per week. Reachable through consistent activity.

5.3 Gold

Up to 0.8% cashback per week. The highest tier, with maximum benefits and priority support.

VIP benefits are provided at hdbd's discretion and may be changed at any time. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.

6 Responsible Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Transferring or renting an account to a third party.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing other members or compromising the security of the platform.

6.2 Safe Gaming

7 Account Suspension and Closure

10 Limitation of Liability
